How Long Will It Take?
The dispatch time for each item is listed on its product page.
Shipping Fees
- For orders of Rs. 999 or less, there's a standard shipping fee of Rs. 50. This fee will be added at checkout.
- All items, including gifts, will come with an invoice showing the price, following Indian Tax Regulations.
Delivery Locations
- We currently ship only within India.
- We use registered courier partners like Bluedart (www.bluedart.com), Delivery (www.delhivery.com), and EcomExpress (www.ecomexpress.in).
Delivery Options
- Standard Delivery: Arrives within 5-7 working days.
- Express Delivery: Arrives within 24 hours.
- Express Store Pick-Up: Pick up your order from a selected Fragrance Lounge.
Note: If your order is coming from a store outside your state, it might take 7-10 working days for standard delivery.
Multiple Shipments
If your order has multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different locations. You will be notified via email.
Order Issues
- If we can’t deliver your entire order, we will cancel the undelivered items and notify you via email. You will be refunded for the undelivered items through the original payment method.
- For prepaid orders, refunds will go back to the original payment method. Cash on delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for refunds.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If your package looks damaged or tampered with, refuse the delivery and email us at info@fragrancelounge.com for a refund.
- To ensure the quality of our products and for your protection, we require customers to record a video of the unboxing process before opening the package. This video must clearly show the condition of the package upon arrival and any potential issues with the product.
- If you accept the delivery and find any issues (damaged, defective, incorrect items), email us at info@fragrancelounge.com with images of the product and packaging within 2 working days of receiving the delivery notification. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
- For non-receipt or non-delivery claims, notify us within 2 working days of the delivery notification. Any requests after this period will not be accepted.
Delivery Delays
If our courier partner cannot deliver within the specified timeframe, the shipment will be returned to us, and a refund will be processed through the original payment method. COD orders are not eligible for refunds.
