Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
Fragrance Lounge
At Fragrance Lounge, we take great pride in offering 100% genuine fragrances and carefully packed products.
Due to the sensitive and personal nature of perfumes and beauty products, we maintain a strict quality and return policy to ensure product authenticity and hygiene for all our customers.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of fragrance and personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered.
An exception will only be considered in the rare case where the product is received damaged or defective.
To request a review for a damaged or defective product, the following conditions must be met:
The customer must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
The request must be sent via BOTH Email and WhatsApp to our support team.
The customer must provide:
• Order ID
• Clear video recording of opening the sealed package
• The video must clearly show the sealed outer package being opened and the product condition
Requests without a proper unboxing video will unfortunately not be eligible for review or replacement.
Important Conditions
The product must be unused and in original packaging.
Original tags, seals, and packaging must remain intact.
Any product that appears opened, used, or tampered with will not qualify for replacement.
Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be considered.
Damaged Package During Delivery
If the outer package appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, we strongly request customers to refuse the package immediately and inform us.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or replacement:
• Opened or used products
• Products with damaged packaging caused after delivery
• Products returned without original box, tags, or accessories
• Products without a valid and readable serial number / batch code
• Any claim made without an unboxing video
Refund Policy
Refunds will only be processed if a replacement is not available for a verified damaged or defective product.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be subject to Gurugram, Haryana jurisdiction only.
