At Fragrance Lounge, we believe in making our customers happy, so we have a pretty flexible cancellation policy.
How to Cancel an Order on Fragrance Lounge
If you need to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it.
For outright cancellations:
- If you cancel your order before it has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
If the cancellation is after your product has shipped:
- If you have received the product, you can only get a replacement if the product is defective.
- To ensure the quality of our products and for your protection, we require customers to record a video of the unboxing process before opening the package. This video must clearly show the condition of the package upon arrival and any potential issues with the product.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment within 10 working days from the date of cancellation.
Return Policy
For products with a manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly. We're here to help if needed.
If you receive a product in bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse the package and return it to the delivery person. Also, call our customer care at (+91) 77018 87730 or email us at fragrancelounge@gmail.com with your Order ID. We'll make sure you get a brand-new replacement at no extra cost. Please ensure the original product tag and packaging are intact when you send the product back.
Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return or replacement:
- Products with physical damage to the box or the product itself.
- Products returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, etc.
- Products without a valid, readable, and untampered serial number.
- Products with the UPC (Universal Product Code) removed from the original packaging.
